How should I care for my jewelry to prevent tarnishing?
To maintain the brilliance of your jewelry, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. We recommend storing your pieces in the provided Xenos pouch and wiping them with a soft microfiber cloth after each wear.
How long does shipping take and do you ship internationally?
We offer worldwide shipping. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Xenos Jewelry piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss of items.
